Abraham was old, Jacob was insecure, Leah was unattractive, Joseph was abused, Moses had a speech impediment, Gideon was penniless, Samson was immoral, Rahab was a prostitute, David had an affair, Elijah was suicidal, Jonah was disobedient, Jeremiah was depressed, John the Baptist was a radical, Mary was a teenage virgin, Peter had anger problems, Martha worried all the time, Mary Magdelene was a romantic, Zacchaeus was too short, Thomas doubted miracles, Paul had bad eyesight , & Timothy was timid. People forget that people in the Bible were ordinary people LIKE US, that God used for extrodinary tasks
